Hi all! Happy Summer '06! It's been a nice summer so far hasn't it?! Both our years have been full and exciting. Glen continues to write and record, travel and entertain coast to coast, work on his karate, vacation with Michelle, help Cole and Carmella grow into fine guitar players, actresses, and all around good and healthy kids.
    Ted's school survived another round of budget cuts, so teaching year 8 is a go, boys are busy with skiing, golf, basketball (Sam is now 6'5"!), and our summer canoe trips were relaxing and fishy. He's glad to be into summer music schedule after no gigs during the winter, and in late July, will be starting as co-interim worship leader at church, which is very exciting,
    Ted and Glen have busy summers planned, as usual not much together, but we do have some news on a New Collaborative Recording with the guys from our annual fishing trip. We call ourselves "The Skinny Minnows", and over this last winter and spring we recorded a collection of songs that we have released on a CD called "Crane Lake".  The recording features all of the 9 guys from the trip at least once on a lead vocal, and the songs range from our favorite Bass trip covers to re-makes of a couple of Glens classics, and some never before heard originals. Glen continues on with his writing of great outdoor original music, and after a hiatus of ten years, Ted has begun to write again! It was great fun to have Fyder and Everhart together in Glen's basement studio, and the results are very cool!

    Glen continues to be a writing and performing machine, and is doing some great stuff. You can catch all info on his dates, booking, and
recordings (including the new Golf CD!)  at www.gleneverhart.com.
 
    Ted is also beginning work on a recording, tentatively titled Further North, which will include his new original songs Kawishiwi River and Walk When The Moon Is Full, as well as Glen's song I'm Feelin' Fine, some favorite covers, and some as yet to be written! Stay tuned for that!

All of Glen's public dates are below, as well as Ted's dates for this summer. Silver Rapids Lodge in Ely is back on the schedule July 28 after a couple years off! As usual, we would love to see you out somewhere - it's always a nice surprise to see old friends out and about.
